MuniWireless 2006 Atlanta - a conference and tradeshow focused on municipal wireless networks - takes place March 6 and 7.

Speakers include Atlanta CIO Abe Kani, leading muni wireless lawyer Jim Baller, Harold Feld of the free speech advocacy group Media Access Project, and consultants Civitium and MRI. It’s organized by MuniWireless.com’s Esme Vos.

MW06ATL brings together the broad range of organizations and individuals focused on the rapidly-growing arena of municipal and local wireless. Buyers, vendors, service providers, integrators, consultants, policy-makers, and other interested groups will come together to understand, communicate, collaborate, and plan the developing future of the municipal wireless industry.

Attendees will learn about every facet of this expanding market, from understanding how municipalities and other groups can determine the goals and objectives of their initiatives, to the variety of applications of broadband wireless in cities and towns across the country.
